Refunds & Cancellations

• 90% refund, if cancelled till 14th March 2025
• 50% refund, if cancelled till 30th April 2025
• 25% refund, if cancelled till 14th July 2025
• No refund, if cancelled on/after 15th July 2025
• All Refund Payments shall be processed only after 1 month from the last date of the conference.
• Transaction Fees & GST will not be refunded.

Terms & Conditions:

• All conversion / Remittance / Bank Charges / online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate.
• These Registration charges are exclusive of prevailing taxes (GST).
• Registration and accommodation is complimentary for children less than 12 years (without the provision of extra bedding).
• Registration Fee includes: Conference Kit, Lunch on 01st, 02nd & 03rd August, 2025 & dinner on 02nd August
